It gives me great pleasure to share our house selling story with everyone regarding this super agent Burju. This wasn't our first home that we've bought or sold but this was the best agent that we've ever worked with. 

Burju knew the market. She helped us to stage our home.  She had a photographer take pictures of our home that elevated the look to make you want to come see the house. She is kind, loving and genuinely cares about you. She showed that she wants the best for you and she will not stop until she gets just that.

My husband and I wanted to sell our current townhome and move into a single-family home. Our kids were getting older and wanted their own rooms, so we thought the upgrade made sense. Over the span of 3 years, we were casually touring homes with 2 different realtors. Either the homes we looked at were too small or the homes were just right, but out of our price range. We were also struggling to sell our current home as well. Plenty of people came and toured the house, but if any offers came through, it was way below the asking price. Then we met Burju! Burju was so friendly and warm, so we thought what do we have to lose and decided to work with her. During the selling and buying process, Burju worked with my husband and I and all 3 of our kids. She emphasized that moving homes was a process for not just my husband and I, but for the whole family. She reached out to the realtors that were interested in touring our home and asked why their clients did not want to make an offer. With that knowledge, Burju made some recommendations like sending in her connections to get our carpets cleaned and took new photos of our home. The photos came out so great that I almost didn’t even recognize my own home! After these changes, more people became interested in touring our home and we started getting higher offers.

Burju also took the 5 of us on house tours and was very flexible with my long working hours. She even carried our dog to show him his new home too! Within 6 months of working with Burju, we found our dream home, but we ended up getting outbid. Luckily, Burju was friends with the realtor who was selling our dream home and a few months later when the sale fell through, Burju called us to give us the good news that we could buy our dream home at asking price! It was fate that we had met Burju! Burju is not only nice and welcoming to her clients, but to everyone that she meets which is why she has so many great connections. We are extremely grateful to her.

Burju was my parents’ realtor for both selling and buying their new home in 2018. My parents have been super picky when it comes to buying/selling a home, so I have met all their other realtors, but Burju was the most sweet and positive realtor that I’ve ever met.
